I can help nearly anyone
- Adult children who want to keep a parent safe and healthy at home.
- People who are want to be proactive about preparing for their future.
- Older adults, people living with a wheelchair or those who just want a more accessible home.
- People who want to live a full life on their own terms in a home that will help them do it.
Now more than ever I’m seeing people step forward and invest in their lives. They’re doing this by remodeling their homes so it is easier to live in or visit for everyone.
One step at a time
You may not be ready to remodel your entire home. Many folks prefer to lay out a plan of the changes they need to make to their homes and do them over time.
The truth is, some of those changes are more important to be done now vs. later. Some, it will be OK to wait awhile.
I can help you develop a overall plan that will help guide the changes in your home over the next years. Then, when it is time, I can be there to help you make sure they get done properly.
Investing in you
By investing in your home, you’re honestly saving yourself money (and hurt and heartache). Sure, you’re going to enjoy living in your home so much more, now. But, you’ll be making changes that can reduce the chance you’ll get hurt at home.
That will save you money in medical costs. But, also in what it will cost if you hurt yourself and you can’t return home. If you can’t return home, that means you’ll have to pay for some type of assisted living, which could be $4,000.00 a month or more. Studies say that may rise to $5,300.00 a month by the year 2027.
It’s easy to see how a planned expense now can keep you from hurting your future finances and health.
If you’d like to learn more, I’d welcome the chance to talk with you.
